The seed was planted in the workshop ‘Winning Together’ during my Pepsico period. We had to grab as many coloured chips as we could from a large table. Guess what? 30 seconds later we learned that the blue chip was worth 1000 points, ten times as much as all the other ones.
This was the first time I really experienced that an initial stepping back, reflecting and asking questions will ultimately bring you better results.
